Pressing machines

The press-in machines carry out, self travelling, the driving and extracting of sheet piles without vibration and silently, 60 up to 75 dB (A).
That allows piling in urban areas and near buildings and networks.

This method consists in applying a continuous pressing force up to 150 tons on the sheet pile.
The reaction force supplied to drive or extract the sheet pile is gathered from the reaction stand at the beginning of the sheetpiling and then from the three sheet piles previously driven into the ground.
These machines are used in small space and in low headroom areas.
The movements are fluently implemented by the operator who runs the machine by means of a remote control box and leads the machine at safety distance.
